Freedom of the Press Group news entities will publish, post and print arrest reports, sex offender lists, court records and book-in photos as a public service. We believe in the rule of law and in our Constitution. Our constitution protects the guilty and accused, just as it enshrines the rights of the individual. Therefore, just because one's name or book-in photo appears in the FOTP Group newspapers or on Web sites does not indicate that individuals are guilty of crimes. One is only guilty until proven so in a court of law and by one's peers. False accusers are prevalent as well, and those making false accusations will be found out to be false accusers and they, too, shall have their names and identities made known.
