ECSOWatch.com Traffic Update: 850% Increase

I’m selling sponsorships of ECSOWatch.com for $200 a month. Other than EllisCountyO.com and Mark Griffith‘s ad at the top of The Ellis County Observer, ECSOWatch.com is the hottest-trafficked Web entity Freedom of the Press Group has. Here’s how the traffic pattern went in six weeks of me publishing the daily ECSO arrest reports and DWI arrests:

--- Jan. 28, 2011 — started publishing ECSO arrest reports on ECSOWatch.com — less than 1,000 hits were registered
--- March 16, 2011 — 8,547 hits on ECSOWatch.com

That’s an 850 percent increase in traffic just based on daily arrest reports plus the ECSOWatch.com Facebook Group.

$200 a month for a sponsorship of ECSOWatch.com. It’s straight-data. No politics. No opinions. No analysis. Nothing. Just straight public information. It’s like me putting a billboard across the street from the Ellis County jail at 300 S. Jackson. Actually, it’s more like putting a gold-rimmed billboard up across from the county jail.
