Federal Influence Over the ECSO (Specifically the $95,000+ in Stimulus Money)

Federal influence over local law enforcement

In nearby Palmer, a section of the Federal Emergency Management Agency reports outlining “population relocation and removal” came up missing. Brandy Owen, who penned a series of articles for this newspaper on the Trans-Texas Corridor last year, requested from the City of Palmer the FEMA documents after inquiring about feds preparing procedures for civil unrest, flu pandemics and contingencies should the population rise up en masse.

She waited three months to finally get a response from Palmer City Administrator Doug Young.
Owen got the FEMA reports. But the most important section she sought was missing.

Palmer officials won’t talk, but Owen provided enough information for me last week on a story that has now reached global audiences (the second time this has happened this year; several months ago, I broke the story about Ferris issuing a policy to shoot feral dogs; that story later was picked up by papers in China and every major paper in the world. Not the country. The world.)

Austin radio talk show host Alex Jones of Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com syndicated the story and one Google search later, people from all over this land are discussing it.

Some were talking about the story with their Bible study classes last Saturday. From Indiana. People are contacting city officials over it.

There’s a lot of stuff that one could say about Infowars.com, but one thing is for sure: those readers and listeners are the most informed people ever. While people concentrate on sports, entertainment and tea parties, our federal government is quietly making plans to unleash all sorts of police state debauchery on unsuspecting citizens.

Some of the stuff is just so outlandish and extreme on the surface, but it’s the truth. What have I continally said about politics in Ellis County? Why worry about Washington when this stuff is happening in our own back yard?

FEMA has plans to remove and relocate large quantities of populated areas. The federal Centers for Disease Control estimates hundreds of thousands will die this fall because of the swine flu. Sheriff Johnny Brown is teaming up with local law enforcement and pastors for a “safety seminar” on Sept. 29 at First Baptist Church in Waxahachie. FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security have been training pastors to quell dissent should the civil unrest spark riots or “anti-government” activities.

Federal terrorism reports cite supporters of Congressman Ron Paul and the Constitution as “suspects” to watch out for.

It might be a good time to do a survey of just how many reports and plans our local police departments have on file.

Palmer PD Chief John Zaidle, Owen said, “is quite aware of federalization and says he has tried to be ‘compliant’ and make proper arrangements for housing people in the high school gymnasium and other places. FEMA always tells him his plans are inadequate.”

For what purpose exactly? Pandemic? Natural disasters?

“In May 2006, we exposed the existence of a nationwide FEMA program which is training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to ‘obey the government’ in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation,” said Paul Joseph Watson, a reporter for Jones’ Infowars.com.
See what I mean?
